Bluegrass Swim Club Party Rental Policy

Thank you for your interest in renting the sun deck for your small event. Please read all of the information below carefully so that you fully understand the process. Parties can only be scheduled by members of the swim club. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].

Rental Terms:
1. Parties must be scheduled two weeks in advance. This allows the club to be properly staffed for the party.
2. Parties may not be more than 4 hours in length. You may arrive 30 minutes early to set up your party. You may stay 30 minutes after the party has ended to clean up.
3. Decorations are permitted, but please only use light adhesive tape such as blue painters tape or scotch tape (no duct tape/packing tape, staples, push pins)
4. Please do not attach any decorations to the sunshade. All decorations must be removed at the end of your party.
5. I agree that my party may not have more than 35 attendees, this includes members and guests. If this number is exceeded, you will be assessed a fee of $25 per
guest.
6. All guests of the party are expected to adhere to Bluegrass Swim Club rules and complete the event waiver. See Event Waiver on website. 
7. Once the party has ended, any non-member party guests can only stay at the club with a member.
8. Parties are not permitted on Holidays, Swim or Dive Meet nights, Sundays or any other pre-scheduled special event days.
9. Outside food and drink are permitted. No GLASS of any kind.
10. Weekday parties will take place on the top of the sun deck or at reserved tables under the sun deck. The member can decide. There are three picnic tables and a sunshade on the top of the sundeck. If additional tables are necessary, please speak with Bluegrass Swim Club about possible accommodations. Weekend parties will take place on the top of the sun deck, as parties under the sun deck will not be permitted on Fridays and Saturdays due to the influx of patrons. The top of the sun deck will include three picnic tables and a sunshade. (If there is inclement weather, a weekend party may be moved under the sundeck. This will be determined by management.)
11. The cost of the party is $50.00. All guest passes for non-members will be $10.00.
12. Party host(s) must completely clean up the party area and dispose of all trash before they leave.
13. Party host is to be responsible for all actions of their guests.
14. This request requires approval from the Manager and is not finalized until payment is provided.
15. Once the Manager approves your request, you are required to pay in full. The fees cover staff and use of private space, including sunshade, tables, ice and refrigeration space (if needed).
16. If you need to cancel your event, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If notice is not received within 24 hours, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.
